Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Business Consultant to drive franchisee performance across the assigned portfolio. The role provides leadership and coaching to franchisees, discusses the state of the business, and recommends tactics to improve sales, profits, operations, and brand compliance.

This position requires collaboration with Marketing, Development, Supply Chain, Training, Finance, and Operations Support teams to launch initiatives and ensure contractual adherence. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in multi-unit operations, consulting, QSR or franchisee roles preferred.
• Experience in multi-unit environments with retail/restaurant operations and financial reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communications, public speaking ability.
• Ability to read/interpret financial statements and perform analysis.
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage competing projects.

Responsibilities

• Own franchisee relationship and drive results across portfolio.
• Develop and execute market-specific business plans to achieve sales, growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional COEs (Marketing, Development, Supply Chain, Training, Finance, Operations Support).
• Deliver complex messages and ensure adherence to brand standards and contracts.
• Provide regular sales analyses and insights to identify growth opportunities.
