Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a Business Consultant to drive franchisee results within an assigned portfolio from our Home Office in Maryland. The role requires leadership to coach franchisees and improve sales, profits, operations, and brand compliance across the network.

You will partner with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Development, Supply Chain, Training, and Finance to execute initiatives, deliver insights, and ensure contractual adherence while supporting store growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven multi-unit operations or franchisee experience.
• Experience in retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting.
• Strong communication, public speaking, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (some overnight).

Responsibilities

• Own franchisee relationships and drive results.
• Develop plans to grow new units and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Development, Supply Chain, Training, Finance, Operations) to execute plans.
• Provide business insights and SWOT analyses.
• Lead and mentor franchisees and manage compliance standards.
