Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Strong relationship, team building and communication skills.
• Excellent planning, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between corporate departments and franchise owners/candidates to grow franchise performance.
• Provide tools and counsel across operations, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for revenue and profitability improvements.
• Conduct on-site reviews to ensure quality standards and operational excellence.
• Travel up to 50% to support franchises and candidate assessments.
