Responsibilities

• Own the Franchisee relationship and drive portfolio results including new unit growth, sales, and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional COEs (Marketing, Development, Supply Chain, Training, Finance) to launch and achieve market plans.
• Deliver actionable insights, conduct SWOT analyses, and provide recommendations to improve performance and compliance.
