Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of oil and gas industry experience with significant unconventional completions experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in hydraulic fracturing design and execution.
• Experience in major unconventional resource plays.
• Strong understanding of reservoir stimulation, fracture modeling, production analysis, and field development planning.
• Experience managing multiple rigs, frac crews, and concurrent completion programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Design and optimize hydraulic fracturing, stimulation, and completion programs.
• Lead completion planning from concept through execution and post-job analysis.
• Develop completion designs including stage spacing, cluster spacing, perforation strategies, fluid systems, and proppant selection.
• Evaluate stimulation effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
• Manage completion cost estimates, AFE preparation, and budget tracking.
• Monitor daily completion operations and provide engineering support during field execution.
• Work with service providers to evaluate technologies, negotiate technical solutions, and improve operational performance.
• Analyze production and completion data to identify trends and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain completion standards, best practices, and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across the organization.
• Collaborate with reservoir and production engineering teams on field development plans and forecasting.
• Support reserves, budgeting, and strategic planning efforts.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
