Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in Completions Engineering with upstream E&P.
• Multi-basin experience preferred; industry training and certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce internal safety programs and enhance safety culture.
• Review designs and procedures for safe, cost-effective completion operations.
• Supervise completions personnel to ensure a safe, low-cost environment.
• Provide leadership to technical and field staff to troubleshoot issues.
• Lead development, integration, and implementation of new well completion programs.
• Collaborate with geology/reservoir teams to model fracture stimulation designs.
• Evaluate new technologies and methods for completion operations.
• Prepare scope of work for contract services and RFPs; manage AFE and cost estimates.
