Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years in Completions Engineering with unconventional experience.
• Upstream E&P experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, WellView and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Utilize leading edge technology to conduct technical analysis of completion operations and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with drilling, production and reservoir teams to optimize performance and generate post-job reviews.
• Generate business cases and AFEs, manage capital expenditures and track well costs to ensure budgets.
• Promote safety programs and enforce safety culture while adhering to regulations.
• Develop completion procedures to achieve objectives safely and efficiently.
• Analyze and troubleshoot field issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with procurement to evaluate pricing and vendor selection for completions.
• Ensure engineering designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain internal completion SOPs and BMPs.
• Work with data team to monitor completion data and KPIs ensuring data quality.
