Job summary

Gulfport Energy is seeking a Completions Engineering Manager in Oklahoma City. The role oversees design and evaluation of all completion activities including fracture stimulation, with accountability for program designs, engineering, execution, forecasting, and capital budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in completions engineering with upstream E&P.
• Experience leading a team of engineers on complex technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safety programs and best practices.
• Review designs and procedures for safe, cost-effective completion operations.
• Lead and mentor completions personnel to ensure safe execution.
• Develop and implement new completion programs to meet production targets.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and providing long-range cost estimates.
