Job summary

Synopsys, Inc. is seeking an engineering professional to lead pre-sales engagements for HAPS FPGA prototyping platforms and ProtoCompiler.

You will understand customer SoC validation challenges, design requirements, and timelines to tailor solutions that integrate RTL-to-hardware workflows. You will present demonstrations, run PoCs and benchmarks, and collaborate with the sales team to advance opportunities with clear technical milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on FPGA-based prototyping experience and RTL-to-hardware workflow understanding.
• Experience with HAPS platforms or ProtoCompiler is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales technical engagements for HAPS FPGA prototyping platforms and ProtoCompiler with prospective customers.
• Present tailored prototyping solutions addressing partitioning, performance, debug, and RTL-to-hardware integration.
• Conduct technical evaluations, PoCs, and benchmarks to demonstrate real customer value beyond theory.
• Collaborate with sales to shape opportunity strategy and qualify technical fit.
• Deliver product demonstrations, architecture reviews, and technical talks to engineering teams and executives.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer architects and engineering leaders for long-term partnerships.
