Job summary

Pilbara Minerals Limited is seeking a Principal FP&A to lead financial analysis and investment decision support from our Perth head office. You will build and evolve sophisticated models to deliver data-driven insights, guiding senior leadership on risk-adjusted returns for shareholders and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in corporate finance, consulting or investment banking, with mining industry exposure and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. This is a permanent full-time role.

Qualifications

• Discounted cash flow modelling and valuation experience.
• Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for presenting insights.
• Mining industry exposure and ASX-listed company experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate scenarios and decisions.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support annual plans and long-term planning.
• Continuously improve models following best practices.
• Understand value drivers and information flow across the value chain.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to extract SME insights.
• Incorporate industry trends and market dynamics into analyses.
• Prepare presentations and Board materials with clear storytelling.
• Present findings to engage and influence senior leaders.
• Support preparation of ASX market announcements.
