Qualifications

• Advanced financial modeling: three-statement and project cash flow models.
• Expert-level Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; attention to detail.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced, development-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models including capex/opex forecasts and life-of-mine cash flow.
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasts with inputs from multiple functions.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports with variance analysis.
• Track development capital spend against budgets and AFEs.
• Monitor liquidity and support working capital planning during development.
• Run scenario and sensitivity analyses on key drivers like prices and grades.
• Translate feasibility assumptions into financial forecasts with technical teams.
• Help develop finance processes, controls, and reporting infrastructure.
• Support ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives.
