Job summary

Pilirba Minerals Limited is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the FP&A Corporate & Reporting team in West Perth. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and delivering actionable financial insights to support management and the board.

Reporting to the Group Manager FP&A Corporate & Reporting, you will drive improvements across systems and processes, partnering with corporate functions to enhance value.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualified in Commerce or Business with CA/CPA qualification.
• 4+ years post-graduate experience in FP&A, management accounting, or CFO advisory.
• Experience in mining and resources sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and reporting cycles.
• Provide robust financial analysis for external reporting.
• Prepare Board and Management reporting with performance insights.
• Analyze key drivers, trends and variances against budget and forecast.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of budgeting and forecasting processes.
