Job summary

Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist role focused on coordinating planning, budgeting and cost control across the mine site. You will develop analysis tools and drive data-driven decision making to improve operational performance and profitability.

The position emphasizes collaboration across departments, deployment of improvement practices, and maintaining rigorous cost controls and forecasting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or accounting is required.
• 8 years’ experience in business analysis, cost analysis, reporting dashboards, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proficient with MS Office, SAP S4/Hana and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic leadership to drive safety, quality and cost improvements at the mine site.
• Drive transformation initiatives and TO pipeline for each department.
• Develop and validate mine budgets, LOm financial models, and KPI analyses.
• Coordinate planning and budgeting cycles with detailed work plans.
• Provide investment analysis and support capital management and studies as required.
