Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own FP&A product surfaces and workflows, partnering with Finance and Enterprise Architecture to scale planning, forecasting, and reporting.

You will drive automation, dashboards, and data-driven decisions across budgeting, headcount, and close processes for enterprise users. The role demands strong cross-functional leadership, a focus on data quality, and the ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable product plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with internal platforms or enterprise software.
• Experience on finance systems, planning platforms, or enterprise workflows.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven roadmap decisions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align technical and non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for FP&A products and workflows.
• Partner with Finance and EAA leadership to define future FP&A operating model and investments.
• Improve budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and finance rhythms through better systems and workflows.
• Shape dashboards and variance analysis experiences to improve reporting for executives.
• Lead platform-level work to improve scalability and interoperability of FP&A systems.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and workflow automation to reduce manual effort and shorten cycles.
• Translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements and sequenced delivery plans.
• Act as product DRI across teams, aligning priorities and timing.
• Define success metrics and use signals to improve outcomes for Finance users.
