Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Pricing Analyst to lead pricing strategies and financial modeling in a highly independent FP&A role. This remote position emphasizes developing pricing for new and existing business and partnering with leaders to translate data into actionable recommendations for growth.

The role requires strong budgeting expertise, cost accounting, and variance analysis, with excellent communication to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.
7+ years of relevant financial analysis experience, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and financial modeling.
Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to develop and interpret complex financial models.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with business and organizational leaders.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Develop revenue pricing models and cost proposals for new business opportunities and client renewals.
Identify and evaluate key cost drivers, margin targets, financial risks, and pricing assumptions.
Ensure pricing strategies align with organizational financial and operational objectives.
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop financially sound and competitive proposals.
Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial planning support and variance analysis.
