The role offers 100% remote work with occasional in-office training and meetings, and collaboration with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive performance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to build scalable financial processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
• Experience supporting executive decision-making with analyses and business cases.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and initiative-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and reporting.
• Analyze performance and provide actionable insights to leaders.
• Develop models, profitability analyses, business cases, and scenarios.
• Evaluate opportunities and investments to guide decisions.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional teams on strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with Analytics, IT, and stakeholders to improve reporting and data quality.
• Support workforce planning and headcount forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across Finance.
