Job summary

CareMetx is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to build pricing models for RFPs, monitor profitability, and support contract renewals. The role entails forecasting, scenario analysis, and creating dashboards for management review.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required, with experience in ERP data and Power BI preferred. The position reports to the Director, Finance and involves cross-functional partnership with Sales, Operations, Account Management and Finance leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years FP&A, strategic pricing, or accounting experience in healthcare.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; data visualization tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pricing models for RFPs and new opportunities.
• Update revenue, cost, and forecasts for budgeting and planning.
• Analyze financial data for month-end close and reporting.
• Create visual reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support contract renewals and re-pricing with management input.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Sales to improve pricing analyses.
