Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Pricing Analyst to lead pricing, budgeting, and financial modeling in a largely remote FP&A role. You will partner with leaders to turn data into strategic decisions and help drive long-term sustainability.

The role emphasizes independent work, collaboration with executives, and the development of sound pricing strategies for new and existing business. Primarily remote with strong cross-functional interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant financial analysis experience including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, financial modeling, cost accounting, variance analysis, and market analysis.
• Strong analytical and technical skills to develop and interpret complex financial models.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with leaders across the organization.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Professionalism, integrity, reliability, and sound financial judgment.
• MBA or CMA preferred; experience with pricing for new business or renewals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pricing & Proposal Development – develop revenue pricing models and cost proposals for new business opportunities and client renewals.
• Financial Modeling & Projections – build and maintain complex financial models, run scenario analyses and translate data into insights for decisions.
• Peer Review & Pricing Quality Assurance – review pricing models and financial proposals for integrity, consistency, and compliance.
• Annual Budget Leadership & Departmental Financial Planning – lead budgeting for assigned departments and support training for partners.
• Variance & Performance Analysis – analyze monthly performance vs budget and provide actionable insights to leaders.
