Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis, KPI reporting, and performance dashboards for leadership.
• Analyze revenue trends, payer mix, and cost drivers to identify opportunities for margin improvement.
• Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly re-forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Partner with clinical, operations, and revenue cycle teams to provide actionable financial insights and scenario analysis.
• Assist in preparing board and investor presentations, including financial narratives and supporting schedules.
• Monitor industry benchmarks and healthcare-specific metrics to evaluate organizational performance.
