Bold is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning in a fast-paced operations group. You will partner with senior leadership to deliver budgets, evaluate acquisitions, and track performance metrics in a growing environment.

The role emphasizes building complex financial models, providing actionable insights, and presenting analyses to executives with strong collaboration across departments. Strong Excel/NetSuite/GSuite skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance.
• Extensive experience building complex financial models, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and scenario planning.
• Proven ability to present analyses to senior executives and partner across departments.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills translating data into insights.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite and Google Workspace proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage annual, quarterly and monthly budgets and forecasting models.
• Prepare reporting and analysis to understand key drivers and publish dashboards and KPIs.
• Perform cost analyses; investigate variances from forecasts.
• Develop financial models and metrics to measure performance for senior management.
• Communicate insights to finance and business leaders and enable decisions.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve modeling and processes.
