Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC is seeking a Senior FP&A Associate to support its growing private markets platform. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for assigned business units, and partner with leaders across finance and operations to align budgets with actuals.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of FP&A or accounting experience in public accounting or industry.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems; Anaplan experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
