Job summary

Bold is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive global forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning within our Operations group. You will partner with senior management to deliver accurate budgets, analyze variances, and track performance metrics across product lines and markets.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in finance, advanced Excel and NetSuite proficiency, and strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights for decision-making in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a finance, business, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive finance experience with strong planning and analysis.
• Proven ability to present analyses to senior executives and partner across departments.

Responsibilities

• Create annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and forecasting models.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to explain drivers and variances.
• Conduct cost analyses and compare actuals to forecasts.
• Develop financial models and metrics for performance measurement.
