Kisimul Group Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Head of FP&A to join our Finance team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality financial insight, management reporting and commercial support for decision-making at SLT/ELT level.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance analysis in a home-based environment with a commercially astute mindset and strong collaboration across departments.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance role.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent finance qualification.
• Strong FP&A, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Proven experience with SLT/ELT stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Produce monthly management reporting and financial analysis.
• Analyse performance, risks, opportunities and variances.
• Support long-term planning and scenario analysis.
• Provide commentary and recommendations with results.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial insight.
• Support investment appraisals, business cases and strategic projects.
