Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP and corporate finance.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Strong self-discipline and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and drivers.
