Rankings is seeking a strategic Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-support. You will act as a key financial advisor to the CFO, shaping the annual budget, long-range plans, and unit economics analyses to drive profitability.

The role blends quantitative modeling with business partnership, translating operational metrics into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
• Willing to consider 3–5 years experience aiming to reach the next level.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• MBA preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year strategic planning.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models (IS/BS/CF) for growth scenarios.
• Establish templates, benchmarks, and variance tracking for departments.
• Deliver monthly variance reports and KPI dashboards for executives.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses for pricing, product launches, headcount, and capex.
• Partner with department leaders to optimize ROI across functions.
• Track CAC, LTV, gross margin, burn rate, and operating leverage.
• Collaborate with accounting for month-end close and revenue recognition.
