Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience with modelling and analytical skills.
• Experience with financial systems (Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in the commercial/industrial construction industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Deliver actionable insights and financial narratives to business partners and senior management.
• Conduct variance analyses, scenario planning, and profitability assessments.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities; support monthly reporting, revenue forecasts, backlog analysis, and utilization metrics.
• Support ad-hoc strategic projects and commercial initiatives with robust financial evaluation.
