Job summary

Trading Technologies International seeks a Sr. Manager, FP&A Business Partner to align product, engineering, infrastructure, and service management with financial strategy. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for multiple lines of business.

You will connect cost-to-serve to revenue, build contribution-margin reporting, and present concise narratives to the VP Finance and the Board. This is a senior IC role requiring strong modeling, influencing, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or business partnering with direct support of Product/Engineering.
• Experience in PE-backed or high-growth SaaS/software environments preferred.
• Experience building P&Ls and contribution margin analyses with cost allocation.
• Strong understanding of R&D costs, software capitalization, cloud hosting economics, SaaS metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Service Management leadership to guide strategy and investments.
• Own Product & Engineering budgets, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance analyses including headcount and cloud spend.
• Link service delivery costs to service revenue and report margins by line of business.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and track realized returns against plan.
• Deliver AOP inputs and long-range plan for product and engineering lines.
