Blackbaud seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for the Go-to-Market FP&A team, reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM FP&A. You will serve as a trusted finance partner to commercial leaders across our GTM organization, supporting strategic planning, forecasting, performance management, and investment decisions that drive growth.

You will build driver-based models, support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range plans, monitor GTM metrics, run month-end close, and develop executive-ready dashboards for

Qualifications

• 5+ years FP&A or related experience in SaaS/tech or high-growth environments.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience supporting commercial, go-to-market, or customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Support budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for GTM investments.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models for forecasting and planning.
• Monitor GTM performance metrics and identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead month-end close activities, including variance analysis and reporting.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and reporting for business reviews.
• Identify process improvements and automation to increase FP&A efficiency.
