Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Network Consolidation & Management Process to drive end-to-end financial consolidation across Network P&L and coordinate close, budget, and forecast cycles. You will own consolidated reporting packages and executive-ready analyses, partnering across Network Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timely outputs.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative, detail-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience.
• Financial planning, P&L consolidation, and reporting skills in a PBM, managed care, or health services environment
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation; experience coordinating multi-team financial deliverable calendars preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and experience managing consolidated financial models across multiple data sources
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare executive-ready consolidated reporting
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing deadlines across budget, forecast, and close cycles
• Collaborative work style with ability to partner across Network Finance teammates and cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Supports the consolidation of the Network P&L by aggregating and reconciling revenue, COGS, fees, and credits across all network segments into an executive-ready financial view
• Manages the Finance management process calendar, coordinating deliverable timelines across the Network Finance team for monthly close, budget, and forecast cycles
• Prepares consolidated reporting packages and management presentations, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation across all Network P&L components
• Identifies and resolves consolidation variances and reconciling items across network segments; escalates material issues to the Manager
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager
