Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Network Consolidation & Management Process to lead end-to-end financial consolidation of the Network P&L and coordinate the close, budget, and forecast cycles. You will deliver executive-ready reports, partner across Network Finance and cross-functional teams, and ensure accuracy across all network segments.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience.
• Financial planning, P&L consolidation, and reporting skills in a PBM, managed care, or health services environment.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation; experience coordinating multi-team financial deliverable calendars preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience managing consolidated financial models across multiple data sources.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare executive-ready consolidated reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing deadlines across budget, forecast, and close cycles.
• Collaborative work style with ability to partner across Network Finance teammates and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supports the consolidation of the Network P&L by aggregating and reconciling revenue, COGS, fees, and credits for an executive-ready view.
• Manages the Finance management process calendar for monthly close, budget, and forecast cycles.
• Prepares consolidated reporting packages and management presentations with accuracy across Network P&L components.
• Identifies and resolves consolidation variances; escalates material issues as needed.
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects.
