Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A – Network Consolidation & Management Process to lead end-to-end financial consolidation for the Network P&L and coordinate close, budget, and forecast cycles. You will produce consolidated reports and executive-ready presentations across network segments.

The role requires 2-4 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and ability to collaborate across Network Finance and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years of professional work experience.
• Financial planning, P&L consolidation, and reporting skills in a PBM, managed care, or health services environment.

Responsibilities

• 30% - Supports the consolidation of the Network P&L by aggregating and reconciling revenue, COGS, fees, and credits into an executive-ready financial view.
• 25% - Manages the Finance management process calendar, coordinating deliverable timelines for monthly close, budget, and forecast cycles.
• 25% - Prepares consolidated reporting packages and management presentations with accuracy and reconciliation across Network P&L components.
• 15% - Identifies and resolves consolidation variances and reconciling items; escalates material issues when needed.
• 5% - Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
