Integrity Marketing Group is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A – Wealth to join the Shared Services FP&A team. You will mentor a team, drive monthly financial models, performance reporting, and variance analysis against budget and prior year, ensuring accuracy and actionable insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 6–8 years of FP&A experience; mentoring junior team members.
• Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (OneStream, Oracle EPM/HFM).
• Proven ability to develop high-quality financial reports and presentations for leadership.
• Collaborative finance professional with mutual respect and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a team of FP&A professionals.
• Lead monthly financial models, performance reporting, and variance analysis.
• Support annual budget and forecasting for Wealth units.
• Partner with Wealth leaders for monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Prepare clear presentations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Accounting, BI Analytics, People and Culture, and Legal.
• Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning, automation, and reporting.
• Analyze results vs forecasts and recommend actions.
• Perform other duties to support priorities.
