Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group seeks an FP&A Analyst to join the Shared Services FP&A team, supporting monthly financial models, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and strategic planning. Reports to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.

This role develops planning processes and tools and collaborates cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales Ops, People and Culture, and department leaders to drive growth and provide insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• 0-2 years of experience in FP&A or similar field.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
• Advanced Excel experience preferred.
• Experience with OneStream and NetSuite is a plus.
• Experience with SQL is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly financial models, performance reviews, and variance analysis vs budget/prior year.
• Participate in annual budget and forecasting for assigned units with variances, initiatives, risks, and opportunities.
• Produce KPI reporting and root-cause KPI trends.
• Develop process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide financial/strategic support to senior management and leadership with presentations.
• Act as trusted advisor to drive growth and provide analytics guidance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on budgeting and forecast updates with various teams.
• Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and financial models as needed.
• Identify opportunities to automate planning processes and streamline deliverables.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses for leadership to inform decisions.
