Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group, headquartered in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Shared Services FP&A team. You will lead annual and quarterly budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic decision support for assigned business units, partnering with finance leadership and managing partners.

You will develop planning processes, build reports and dashboards, and drive improvements to FP&A tools and processes, reporting to the Manager of FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced Excel functions; experience with OneStream/NetSuite is desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive mindset, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly planning and forecasting process for assigned business units, including budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.
• Collaborate with department heads to establish and manage the budgeting process and provide ongoing variance analysis.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and recommend cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs; present findings to senior management with clear recommendations.
• Assist in long-term strategic planning and financial modeling to support expansion and new growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial planning processes, tools, and systems; drive process improvements.
• Maintain and enhance FP&A reporting and modeling tools (OneStream) as part of the team.
