Orion is seeking a Senior Director of FP&A (Wealth) to partner with the Wealth President and leadership. You will own performance analysis, forecasting, deal economics, and executive reporting, turning ambiguity into actionable financial direction.

You will shape Wealth financial direction by spotting trends in net flows, rate, and product mix, and will guide compensation economics and incentive design while partnering across Sales, Legal, and Accounting to protect revenue.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of FP&A experience with senior leadership exposure.
• Proactive business partner with appetite for complex problems.
• Strong deal, pricing, revenue, and incentive economics understanding in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance partner to Wealth leadership, surfacing risks and opportunities.
• Lead forecasting cadence, long-range model, and scenario planning for Wealth.
• Own compensation economics for Wealth sales and advise on plan design.
• Evaluate strategic deals, pricing terms, and non-standard contracts.
• Maintain integrity and narrative of Wealth financials for board materials and exec dashboards.
• Lead and develop FP&A team, enabling senior leadership focus on analysis.
