Job summary

Orion Advisor Technology is seeking a Senior Director, FP&A (Wealth) to serve as the finance partner to the Wealth Management President and leadership team. You will forecast, analyze, and present on wealth performance, deals, and executive reporting, becoming a trusted advisor for growth, pricing, and incentives.

You will shape the financial direction by interpreting net flows, product mix, and rate impacts while driving budgeting, forecasts, and long-range models that reconcile with BI

Qualifications

• 10+ years FP&A experience with senior leadership exposure.
• Strong deal, pricing, revenue, and incentive economics experience.
• Experience in wealth management or wealth services.
• Proficient in building financial models and KPI trackers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Wealth leadership to forecast and analyze AUM, net flows, and rate impact.
• Own the financial understanding of Wealth sales compensation and incentive economics.
• Lead the monthly Wealth performance review and executive reporting.
• Define guardrails for pricing/contract terms and flag revenue erosion before commitment.
• Lead a small FP&A team across onshore and offshore analysts.
