Job summary

Tract Capital is seeking a Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join the Finance team. This role serves as a key finance business partner across multiple functional departments in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The Sr. Manager will support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and reporting, while also developing and improving FP&A and operational processes, tools and outputs. The successful candidate will manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Strong FP&A discipline knowledge: planning, reporting, variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, modeling.
• GAAP knowledge and financial statement literacy.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft applications.
• Ability to build scalable reporting frameworks and communicate to executives.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance partner to multiple functional teams with actionable insights.
• Prepare updates and presentations for executive leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and analytical modeling.
• Deliver variance analysis and KPI reporting to improve forecast accuracy.
• Support capital-intensive project financials from design to service.
• Lead cross-functional projects and ad hoc analyses.
