Job summary

Gold Adam, Inc. is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead the company’s financial planning and analysis. You will build models, forecasts, and reports to inform the CFO and executive team, with a focus on pricing, margins, and working capital in a fast-growing metals business.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on analysis, requiring strong modeling skills, experience with FP&A tools, and the ability to communicate complex data to non-finance colleagues in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Proven experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Advanced financial modeling; experience with FP&A or BI tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Experience in precious metals, commodities, manufacturing, or inventory-heavy businesses is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Ability to translate complex financial information for non-finance audiences.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to support planning, pricing, investments, and scenario analysis.
• Analyze the impact of precious metals price movements on revenue, gross margin, inventory value, and working capital.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis comparing actuals to budget/forecast; explain key drivers.
• Develop and track KPIs and management dashboards.
• Partner with department leaders to understand drivers and support decision making.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Collaborate with Controller to ensure consistency between planning and reported results.
• Evaluate and improve FP&A tools, processes, and reporting systems.
