You will own models and dashboards, partner with manufacturing, operations, and leadership to shape strategy, and deliver insights that steer capital and operating decisions. A strong background in SAP, Excel, and BI tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial performance management for the business unit, leveraging advanced analytical insight to identify trends, assess risks and opportunities, and recommend strategic actions that drive business results.
• Oversee the development, enhancement, and governance of financial models used for long-range planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with corporate standards.
• Direct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the operating unit, partnering with cross functional leaders to ensure targets are understood and achievable.
• Provide high level variance analysis, synthesizing complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for decision making.
• Evaluate major capital investments and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and optimized returns.
• Own creation and delivery of key financial metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting for leadership action.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as strategic partner to Senior Finance Manager and leadership, aligning unit objectives with corporate goals.
• Lead month end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting; identify process improvements.
• Drive and support special projects and cross functional initiatives with financial leadership.
