Job summary

Gold Adam, a rapidly expanding international gold and precious metals company, seeks a Company Controller to own the accounting function and lead the team. Reporting to the CFO, you will ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and build controls to support rapid growth.

You will oversee inventory valuation for precious metals, establish policy, and drive technical accounting work, including audits and external advisor relations.

Qualifications

• CPA required and deep US GAAP expertise.
• 10–15+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience leading audits and external advisory relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the full accounting function including month, quarter, and year-end closes.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, including direct supervision of the Financial Controller.
• Ensure financial statements comply with US GAAP and are reviewed for accuracy.
• Set policies, maintain internal controls, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Oversee inventory accounting for precious metals and high-value inventory.
• Coordinate external audits, tax advisors, banks, and other financial service providers.
• Partner with CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
