Job summary

Gold Adam is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis as the company expands in the U.S. You will build models, forecasts, and reporting to guide the CFO and exec team through pricing, margins, and inventory considerations.

You will also partner with leaders to drive budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA is preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling skills; experience with FP&A or BI tools is a plus.
• Experience with inventory or price-exposure business advantageous.

Gold Adam is a rapidly expanding international gold and precious metals buying business, founded in Europe and now establishing a strong presence in the United States. With successful operations in six European countries, we launched in Dallas, Texas in early 2026, and have quickly expanded into Houston, Austin and San Antonio. As Senior FP&A Manager, you will lead the company’s financial planning and analysis, turning financial data into clear insight that drives business decisions. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on analytical work. You will build the models, forecasts, and reporting that help the CFO and executive team understand where the business is heading, including the impact of precious metals pricing on revenue, margins, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to support business planning, pricing, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
• Analyze the impact of precious metals price movements on revenue, gross margin, inventory value, and working capital.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast, and explain key drivers clearly.
• Develop and track KPIs and management dashboards.
• Partner with department leaders to understand business drivers, challenge assumptions, and support better decision making.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Work closely with the Company Controller and accounting team to ensure consistency between planning and reported results.
• Evaluate and improve FP&A tools, processes, and reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Advanced financial modeling skills; experience with FP&A or BI tools (such as Adaptive, Anaplan, Power BI, or Tableau) is a plus
• Experience in precious metals, commodities, manufacturing, or other businesses with significant inventory or price exposure is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of financial statements and U.S. GAAP
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insight for non-finance audiences
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
