Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or related function.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting with scenario analysis.
• Experience in a growing, complex business with multiple drivers.
• Analytical, metrics-driven with ability to turn data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and rolling forecasts with cross-functional input.
• Own budget-to-actual reporting and variance analysis.
