Job summary

Talent.com is seeking an FP&A Manager in the United States. This senior individual contributor owns the financial models underpinning planning, budgeting, and scenario work, translating operating data into Board-ready outputs.

You will lead a small analyst function, set analytical standards, and collaborate with the CFO and leadership. The role focuses on end-to-end budgeting, model integrity, and cross-functional coordination to drive accurate forecasting and strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Hands-on revenue forecasting and OPEX management.
• Experience leading annual budgeting processes end to end.
• Advanced financial modelling skills with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own core financial models used for strategic planning and budgeting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analyses with actionable insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to challenge budgets and validate assumptions.
• Present financial analysis and forecasts to the CFO and Senior Leadership Team.
