Job summary

FMX is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. You will support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, go-to-market analysis, and annual planning while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business.

Responsibilities include maintaining financial models, tracking SaaS metrics, and providing decision support. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in FP&A and strong Excel/Sheets skills with an emphasis on accuracy and communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical role.
• Understand impact of revenue and expenses on financial statements.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and general accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial models, forecasts, and budgets with accuracy.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for management.
• Track SaaS metrics and ensure data integrity across sources.
• Flag inconsistencies in models/reports and escalate as needed.
• Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc financial analysis.
• Contribute to growth strategies and long-range planning.
• Learn company systems, data flows, and reporting cadences.
• Leverage AI tools to improve analysis quality.
• Communicate task status and preliminary findings clearly.
