Job summary

Fingerprint is a remote-first company seeking an FP&A Manager to support financial and strategic operations as we scale fast. You will own the three-statement model, drive the annual budget, and partner with GTM, R&D, and G&A leaders to generate insights and reporting.

You will manage SaaS metrics end-to-end, oversee procurement with major vendors, and contribute to strategic questions like pricing and profitability.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of progressive finance experience with depth in modeling and forecasting.
• Startup or high-growth experience (100–1,000 people) preferred.
• Direct experience with SaaS metrics and recurring-revenue mechanics (ARR, retention, cohorts).
• Comfort working remotely with macOS and tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce, NetSuite, FP&A tools.
• Strong written communication and ability to defend work with auditable logic.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the consolidated corporate model (three-statement P&L, cash, headcount) in Abacum.
• Lead the annual budget cycle and monthly budget reviews.
• Partner with GTM, R&D, and G&A leaders providing insights and reporting.
• Create board reporting packages.
• Manage SaaS metrics end-to-end (ARR bridge, retention, CAC payback, etc.).
• Oversee procurement with Tropic and manage large vendor contracts.
• Handle revenue commissions process from plan to payment.
• Provide strategic analysis on pricing and segment profitability.
