Job summary

Harbor Compliance is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to own forecasting, budgeting, and SaaS KPI reporting for its fast‑growing, private equity‑backed SaaS business. This hands‑on leader will build scalable, driver‑based models across revenue, margin, headcount, and cash flow to support disciplined growth and M&A execution.

You will partner with Operations, People, and Sales to deliver the monthly performance package, implement multi‑scenario budgeting, and advance automation and data integrity

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of FP&A experience in a high-growth or PE-backed SaaS environment.
• Fluent in SaaS/subscription metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR) and driver-based forecasting.
• Proven ability to build sophisticated, audit-ready operating models connecting financial signals to levers.
• Comfortable operating in a lean, ambiguous environment without losing momentum.
• Some exposure to M&A diligence or integration modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in structured Excel/Sheets; SQL preferred for data extraction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-accuracy revenue and operating profit forecasts with low MAPE for short-term outlooks.
• Own the monthly performance package: KPI scorecards, margin bridges, variance analysis, and exec recommendations.
• Build and maintain scalable driver-based models across revenue, margin, headcount, and cash flow linking signals to levers.
• Establish and maintain a SaaS/ARR reporting framework including NRR, cohort analysis, CAC/LTV, unit economics.
• Own the annual budgeting process and develop multi-scenario models for runway, profitability, and capitalization guardrails.
• Deliver scenario planning and sensitivity analyses for pricing, GTM investments, and headcount planning.
• Support M&A diligence and integration modeling in collaboration with senior FP&A leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional leads to maintain plan integrity and forecast accuracy, with potential to manage a team.
