Job summary

Mighty Networks is seeking a senior FP&A leader to own the operating model, forecast, budget, and monthly reporting for the business.

You will build SaaS metrics, model pricing and packaging scenarios, prepare board materials, and collaborate with accounting on the monthly close.

This role partners with leadership to translate data into actionable recommendations, driving performance and strategic planning across product and go-to-market teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A at a SaaS company, having owned a forecast.
• Expert in Excel/Sheets and building three-statement models.
• Communicates clearly with non-finance leaders and uses AI tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A at Mighty Networks, including the operating model, forecast, budget, and monthly reporting.
• Deliver data-driven analysis and recommendations to leadership.
• Run the annual budget, reforecast, and monthly variance analysis.
• Build SaaS metrics and model pricing, packaging, and new product scenarios.
• Prepare board materials and partner with accounting on the close.
