Job summary

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is assisting a PE-backed SaaS organization in Boston, MA, to hire a Senior FP&A Analyst. The role partners with Marketing and Go-to-Market leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, modeling, and business partnering.

You will own Marketing OPEX budgeting, develop financial models for growth initiatives, analyze headcount and spend, and support month-end close and quarterly planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 3+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and modeling skills.
• Experience partnering with business leaders.
• Experience in SaaS/tech or high-growth environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting and forecasting for Marketing Opex.
• Partner with Marketing and GTM leaders to understand drivers and spend.
• Perform budget-to-actual and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models for forecasting, scenarios, and decisions.
• Support FP&A for new products and growth initiatives.
• Analyze headcount, vendor spend, and program investments.
• Partner with leaders to evaluate investments and ROI.
• Prepare recurring FP&A reporting for leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and identify risks and opportunities.
• Support month-end close with Accounting.
• Assist annual planning and quarterly forecasting.
• Drive improvements to FP&A processes as the company scales.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis for GTM initiatives.
