Job summary

Socure is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to lead top-line budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will own models and reporting, partnering with GTM and cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.

You will drive advanced analytics, mentor financial analysts, and support strategic initiatives including potential M&A activity, capital raises, and long-term planning. This role reports to the VP of FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar quantitative discipline; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Accounting, FP&A, or Corporate Finance at a high-growth tech/VC-backed company, including at least 3 years in people management.
• Extensive financial modeling experience with complex models and process improvements.
• High proficiency in financial systems (ERP and planning/reporting tools), Excel, and AI-enabled analytics platforms.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling: build, improve, and maintain models forecasting revenue, ARR, backlog, NRR, LTV, CAC.
• Key Metric Reporting: monitor KPIs for leaders and board; provide insights and recommendations.
• Strategic Partnership: act as strategic advisor to go-to-market with data-driven analyses.
• Project Management: collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality and self-service reporting.
• Business Analytics: automate analyses and forecasts in BI tools for real-time reporting.
• Special Projects & Initiatives: support M&A evaluation and capital raises.
