Job summary

Korn Ferry is assisting a leading SaaS health tech provider in filling the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role. This hybrid position centers on leading enterprise FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis in collaboration with executive leadership and the Board.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in FP&A, strong leadership, and deep SaaS metrics understanding. Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is highly valued; private equity exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in SaaS or tech.
• Experience in a private equity-backed environment is preferred.
• Strong ownership of full P&L across finance functions.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday Adaptive Planning and related systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build and optimize FP&A processes and reporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for exec leadership and the Board.
• Partner with CFO and senior leadership on materials for the Board and investors.
• Develop SaaS metrics: ARR, churn, CAC, LTV to inform decisions.
• Build scalable reporting infrastructure and drive automation across FP&A workflows.
